The crown jewel of Magic Chef – the 1000 series. First released to launch the new brand in 1929, this version has the updated handles that were introduced in about 1932.

This is a left stack stove, as the oven, broiler and storage drawer are on the left.

Designed to make an impression in any kitchen by legendary industrial designer Frank Alvah Parsons. You can really see how he was inspired by the Queen Anne furniture that was popular at the time, especially in the picture of the stack side of the stove. This was the beginning of real design for appliances – not just the utility of cooking, but adding in looking good while doing it. Both ovens have Lorain thermostats, which can be rebuilt to work as good as new!

It includes a 22” oven, 17” oven, broiler, bread warmer, storage drawer and 6 burners.

Please note that the legs are present, they are just not attached in these pictures for storage purposes.
