1 Egg
1/3 Cup Half & Half (you can use milk or cream)
1/4 Cup Shredded cheese
1/4 Cup Mix-ins (I used sauteed zucchini and onions)

How to Bake Bread In a Chambers Thermowell
RECIPE
3 cups flour (in this video, I used 1.5 cups all purpose and 1.5 cups whole wheat)
1 tsp sea salt or kosher salt (reduce amount by a bit if using table salt)
1 envelope quick yeast
3 TBS honey
2 tsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
2 TBS olive oil
1 cup milk
1/4 cup water

For 2 3″ ramikins, prepare the following:
For the rice base:
1/2 Cup arborio rice, cooked in 2 C of water (prepare in advance)
1 loosely packed Cup of arugala, washed and roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup tomato sauce
Rice can be prepared in advance, refrigerated or straight from the pot.
Veggie Layer:
Sautee 1/2C finely diced vegetables (e.g. zuchini, onions and chopped basil)
Cheese Layer:
1.5 – 2 Tablespoons chopped or grated mozzarella
