Inarguably one of the best stoves ever made. The O’Keefe & Merritt model 600 has one peer: the Chambers Model C. They are the Rolls Royce & Bentley of the stove world – which one you prefer depends on how you drive (or cook), but the quality is unquestioned.
This stove features super-low simmering ability, a center griddle, broiler with adjustable height (that’s the door on the left), storage drawer and oven (the drawer under the oven is for service access).
As a California brand, we don’t see them out East often, but with shipping available all over the world, who knows where it will wind up next?
